Nephrops norvegicus is better known as langoustine, Norwegian lobster or Dublin Bay Prawn with the tails often being called scampi. They are neither a lobster or prawn but do have visible similarities.

Their shells are a beautiful coral colour that looks stunning and their flavour is a sweet juicy lobster-like sensation that provides a winning combination to any menu. This Scottish speciality enhances any seafood menu whether served as a simple gourmet starter or as a seasoned delicacy.

Our langoustine are superb and justify the claim of Scottish Luxury Seafood.
